We believe local churches are responsible under Jesus for their own doctrine, leadership, membership, and mission. Partner churches share help when it is needed.
Grace Fellowship brings those commitments together without turning local churches into campuses or surrendering local eldership.
Assessment
Church planters and pastoral candidates are assessed for theology, character, marriage, and ministry readiness.
Training
Most training happens while people serve in a Grace church under its elders.
Church Planting
Partner churches help new plants with assessment, people, equipment, and money.
Collaboration
Churches work together on projects that would be difficult for one congregation to carry alone.
Shared Services
Some administration, finances, technology, and creative work are handled for the whole fellowship.
